This is not about you.

This is not about me.

This is about us.

Remember that.  We are in this together, like it or not.  So let us not allow Bitterness to come between us.  If we do, it will divide and conquer.  It will erase us from this life and spread our ashes to every end of the Earth.  Only history will remember, but history will do us no justice.  This tragedy will become just another tale.  The tale will be forgotten.  And if Bitterness wins, we will forget each other.

We shall overcome this with honesty.  We will overcome this with integrity.  And most important, we will overcome this with respect.  That is all we need.
