Think about this for a moment. Not just “oh yeah, that is interesting,” but actually think about it:
If people were concerned about you, who would they confide in? Who would they turn to for an explanation? Who would they trust, not only to keep your secrets but to understand how to handle your woes?
Those people they turn to… they are the people you must hold close.
Hi Kevin
I just want to say hi and goodluck on your journey. I did make a contribution in memory of my mother who died at the young age of 60 from brain cancer. She has been gone a number of years now, but like your grandpop we never get over the pain and sadness. Thank you for riding in her memory for me. I am so proud of what you have accomplished and i pray for your continued success. I too love biking and am now inspired to find an outlet to raise awareness and hope regarding cancer. Take care and i look forward to your blogs etc. I did share with everyone in the HS your information and incouraged them to participate. Take care.
PS on a positive note my dad is a cancer survivor!
Thanks Mr. Piersol! We might never get over the pain and sadness, but that just means they are always here with us 🙂
